In modern medicine, the split between the mind and body has made it difficult to navigate one’s healing path. If at our core, there is a breach between body (essence), mind (energy) and spirit, we will always suffer, because we cannot achieve a state of peace, joy and health if we are in the state of fragmentation. It is the integration of these three treasures that creates overall wellbeing in oneself. 

Reconnecting with your Heart, your Ruler, is one-way to return to your true nature. Your Heart is connected to your inner child which can be broken into pieces causing a variety of imbalances with your health, your relationships and your life in general.

Join me to explore your Heart, the spring season, your emotions and deepen your awareness between the body, mind and spirit through qigong and other practices listed below.

The Acudragon® Wellness System blends universal principles with Eastern and Western approaches to healing and transformation. After a brief introduction of the system as a whole, we will focus on the therapeutic exercises drawn from several Asian internal arts that have their roots from India, Tibet and China. Among them are the Muscle-Sinews Changing Classic, the Eight Pieces of Brocades, Five Elements Qigong, Black Dragon Three Special Points Qigong, Taiji Qigong as well as standing meditative postures and self-massage.

William has chosen different exercises from over 35 years experience of practicing martial arts and qigong and will help participants create a balanced routine for their individual practice. Both movement-oriented and meditative forms will be taught to help the internal organs (heart, liver, lungs, spleen, kidneys) as well as the major muscle groups. The balance of yin and yang practices will help the body become stronger and more flexible while instilling an inner calm and centeredness.

We will also use concepts from Chinese Medicine, Taoist/Buddhist philosophy and psychology, as well as other therapeutic exercises and internal arts to shift the mind in order to prevent stressors from taking hold in the body and to help us have a deeper connection to both ourselves and the universe.


We will be referencing my book, How to be a Great Parent to Your Inner Child: Connect with Your Heart and Higher Purpose as a guide as we look at the seasons of life, beginning with the spring and the development of your inner Ruler, your Heart.

You'll discover how to liberate yourself from patterns of the past, and build an empowered relationship with the 'self' in your body, mind and spirit. You may have awareness by now that there's a 'self' in your mind (who has a lot of ideas of how things should be!) and there's a 'self' in your body who primarily experiences life through emotions and there's a 'self' in your spirit (who senses oneness, feels unconditional love and reminds you to trust in your higher self).
